Mr. Henrich was raised in Northern New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick campus, in 1973 with a B.A. in Economics. He graduated from Stanford Law School in 1976. He has been an attorney and resident of San Diego since 1976.  He was certified a specialist in Family Law in 1995.  He also practices extensively in elder law, estate planning, fiduciary representation, personal injury, and contract litigation.

Mr. Henrich is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau (858-496-2131).  He is an active member and past president of his Mission Valley Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of Directors for the University of San Diego High School, now Cathedral High School.

Licensed to practice in all courts of the State of California, Mr. Henrich primarily practices in San Diego County.  He  associates with the San Diego Mediation Center, and he has completed the mediation training program.   He mediates for other attorneys and for clients stipulating to "cooperative divorce".

Henrich and Associates also advises on estate planning. We strongly urge all homeowners to establish a living trust for the benefit of their children or heirs. Trusts can be completed within days.
